| Through this Request for Proposals, the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide property inspections for the entire RIHousing Multi-Family Risk Share portfolio using the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (“NSPIRE”) established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”). Contractor must perform all functions related to the performance of NSPIRE inspections as set forth by RIHousing and in accordance with HUD/NSPIRE requirements. |
